My first marathon is just over a week away and out of the blue, my IT band starting to act up again. I've googled a little on my own, but does anyone have any suggestions for me? Stretches, websites, vitamin ideas are all welcome. Maybe I just need a shot or two of HGH, since it seems to work so well for the baseball players. I kid.
