Public Feel much better for having a shower and a nice sit-down. SG Foo was mildly spoiled by gut horrors. I wonder what it is about American food that's hit me so hard since I've got here. Bleurgh.

Public Just in case you haven't heard the good news, there is a baby Butterfield in the world. Sonnet Beatrice Butterfield born 6:41am Tuesday, 6lbs. Everyone is fine, according to Bradley. Tremendously good news.

Public Stressing out about dconstruct a full eight weeks before I'm supposed to give my talk. Public While we're at it, I'm pretty sure that taking me to the front log-in screen when I click on the logo at the top of the page is the incorrect behaviour. I think Twitter's got that one right.

Public Fascinating service this. Does anyone have a good grasp of how the privacy stuff works. If I reply to something that only twelve people can see, does that mean that only those twelve people see my reply, or does everyone see my reply?
