Public Apple seems to be artificially controling iPhone inventory at the 5th avenue apple store.
It's 9pm on Monday night and while the 5th avenue apple store is 24 hour, the iPhone line is closed.
Dan, the friendly apple rep guarding the line says: "sorry man, the line is closed."
When I try to explain I want an iPhone, he say they now selling any more until 7am the following ...
