Public Redeemed my $40 DTV coupon at the mega lo mart. I think I singlehandedly ruined the entire staff's day. Confusion is an understatement. Still, I tried to be gentle. I think when shopper #2 comes in, they'll be much better prepared. Now I can instruct all my luddite friends how to walk bewildered clerks through the redemption process.
