    Public I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau on my diet. No loss in a couple of weeks. I need to think of something to do that will rekindle my excitement about this diet. I mean, don't get me wrong, I've lost 32 lbs. so far and two pant sizes, but I need the forward momentum again.

    Public The company I work for just bought a new warehouse to work out off and I have been moving crap all day. Hopefully it will only take a couple more days to get everything moved, because I don't think I can take much more! I'm not made for this kind of work anymore.

    Public How do you suppose you would take it if all technology suddenly stopped working? I'm thinkin' not good, 'cause I've seen how people react to twitter (or pownce) being down for part of the day...porous building materials get defecated all over the place.

    Public Wow! Somehow I made it onto the list of the top 100 pownce users on powncewar (number 86). This makes me feel like the system is in some way flawed, or possibly not that many people are using pownce. Maybe I'm just a little jaded...

    Public Well, I've hit a new low...on my weight that is! I am now at 237 lbs., which puts me at 28 lbs lost. Now its starting to feel real. Some of my pants don't fit, and I don't feel like I'm going to lose the buttons on my dress shirts when I sit down.
