    Yes, mostly boring required stuff. Never anything that's cutting edge or great new technology.

    I was a trainer for years. Good or bad was always dependent on the people. Those that want to learn would, and those that want to look at eBay...well you get the idea.
    Hope it was fun.

    What has really helped me is creating a run up to the training ... making the team decide the content and structure of the session. Somehow they seem more prepared and responsive this way ...
