Public I'm home. Business was closed but I went in half a day because I'm over loaded with work. Winds are starting to pick up now. It's been a slow moving storm and it's nothing like us seasonsed home fried florida people have seen. I need to move my plants off the deck though.

Public This week I've cut my sodium intake down to no more than 2,000 mg a day. Yesterday I did awesome only consuming 880 mg for the day. I've been eating a lot more fruit which is helping keep it down.
For breakfast today I had 1/2 cup of cheerios in 1/2 cup of 2 percent milk, a banana and natural applesauce.
