Went to the Apple Store today, to check out the Macbook Air. I didn't like the keyboard at all. Looks slick though. What do ya think?

There's no doubt that it's amazing to look at, but I still can't figure out who the intended market is. For the price, I'd rather fork over for a Macbook Pro.

Air travelers maybe (pun intended). I would go for the Macbook Pro as well.

I've never understood all the hate those chicklet keyboards get. I have an old G5 iMac, which means it shipped with the old-school keyboard. Once the chicklet keyboard was offered as a stand-alone product I snatched the sucker up. I love it. Very much a love/hate thing I guess. Very sleek and crisp. They're also a snap to pop off, the keys I mean... which is a must since I'm a Dvorak Simplified guy. Oh yeah, hell of a lot easier to clean as well.

I saw it at Best Buy over the weekend. Very pretty, but useless for most of my computing needs. Cant replace my Macbook Pro.

My Review copy was nice. Slim and not heavy. Just the way I like them
