Public Bit old news now, but I have a lot of time for Radiohead turning the music distribution model on its head. Yes, the site was a bit flakey, but the new album rocks and the 'paying what you think its worth' model is something I hope we see more of.

Public Great co-working concept in Boston - Betahouse. For $400 per month you get a desk, WiFi and pretty much all the snacks you need. Great for new start-ups. I saw this on the GigaOm blog and lets hope the concept spreads to other cities (London, for example, would be cool).
