I'd like to get some tips/tricks on blogging and management. I hear Wordpress is the way to go forCMS. True?

What would you say makes a good blog?

How do you drive traffic?

How much time does it take?

    I am an underachieving blogger, so I would say do the opposite of me. Mainly, post regularly and on a schedule. This is personal preference, but I tend to enjoy informative and educational posts more than I do personal journal type posts. They're what I tend to keep subscribed to.
