!montech and I are wondering where we can get some info/guidance about using Wordpress. He is looking to move from Blogger and I'm just beginning.

Any good resources we should take a look at?

    You can hire me ;) Other than that if you're comfortable setting it up then there's a blogger importer.

    I've got mine set up and the import function works perfectly. Now I'm trying to decide on a theme.

    I noticed that when using http://Wordpress.com it had a WYSIWYG interface while posting but my installation of wp only shows the HTML. Does this sound right?
