anyone else notice Google's "experiment"?
"This experiment lets you influence your search experience by adding, moving, and removing search results. When you search for the same keywords again, you'll continue to see those changes. If you later want to revert your changes, you can undo any modifications you've made. Note that this is an experimental feature and may be available for only a few weeks."
What do you think?

I didn't notice it. Is it on a special page? I didn't see anything like this on my regular Google search. I did notice that my own blog comes up first when I'm logged into Google and search "Web Development blog" but only 3rd if I'm not logged in. So obviously they are customizing results based on usage patterns. I just couldn't find a way to control it on purpose.
Interesting concept. I could see the Black Hat SEO types manipulating it. (And Google keeping track of who they are)

Yeah, they make a point of saying that the impact is with being logged in. I think it makes the snippet even more important, especially if people can now essentially delete you from their search results permanently.
