I'm usually swimming, not jogging in water :) Swam abuot 1 mile in the olympic size swimming pool yesterday. I feel fit for the week :)

Aqua aerobics classes are great work outs. My mom teaches aqua fit for seniors because it isn't high hard impact like running.
Although just plain swimming laps is a great workout that works your whole body. I swim in my pool every day weather permiting.
